Stephanie was one of the most business-savvy TPM's I have ever worked with. She is incredibly organized (as any good TPM should be!) but was also incredibly in tune with how our business works and how to add value... She was a fantastic communicator and has a natural ability to make engineers feel supported and not micromanaged.
