- Developing and managing a program controls function in collaboration with accounting, providing cost and schedule performance targets, as well as proactive tracking and anticipation of project financial performance.
- Change management: Managing changes to the program scope, schedule, or resources, and ensuring that any changes are properly documented, communicated, and approved.
